Last minute I headed out to shoot the K9 Wave Dock Diving Regionals at Shogun’s Ultimate Pool.

I love capturing these moments as there is something about the dock that just brings pure joy for both handler and dog. Congratulations to every team who stepped onto the dock and gave it their all. It was an honour to be there and the smiles had throughout the day made it that much better. 💙

I’m almost through the photos. All photos purchased from this event will go towards a new High Tide Rig for shoguns. We appreciate all of your support.

At the end of July, I had the opportunity to photograph my very first French Ring trial at SPEX Canada Ring Sport Club. It was an incredible experience, not only getting to watch and learn the sport firsthand, but also meeting so many amazing people in the Ring community. A huge thank you to Spex Canada Ring Sport Club for having me out to capture your trial. I truly appreciated the opportunity and had such a wonderful time. I had the chance to watch so many different breeds, see genetics come through in the offspring, and even witness a Ring 3 dog compete in their final trial before retirement. Getting to see the sport, the dogs, the genetics, and the dedication of the handlers firsthand made the entire experience so cool to see.

If you’re ever in the Calgary area and have the chance to watch a French Ring trial, I highly recommend checking one out. It’s an exciting sport and an experience well worth seeing. Thank you to everyone for having me out.

We’ve had quite a few people reaching out asking about trial photos, thank you for your patience!

Photos will be uploaded to the website once editing is complete. To make things fair for everyone, the gallery password will be shared with competitors after all competitors photos have been edited and uploaded.

We’re working through them as quickly as possible. Typically it’s a 2 week minimum after trial so keep an eye on our page for updates. We can’t wait to share them with you. 💙

Last weekend we attended the Inferno Canine Club trial to photograph the event. Since I was busy helping with club duties throughout the trial, we asked Olya Brady to step in and shoot with my camera.

The weather definitely didn’t cooperate during obedience, but for a first time shooter, she did an incredible job. I can’t thank Olya enough for coming out and battling the conditions with us to capture the weekend. All photos were shot by Olya and edited by me. The weather made camera focus challenging at times, but she handled it amazingly for her first time behind the lens at a trial.

Huge congratulations to everyone who stepped onto the field. It was great seeing all of you out there showcasing your hard work and dedication. And a special congratulations to my club mates as well!

Thank you to everyone who supported us.
