Here's what the on-set prep kit includes:

A lint roller (you'll use it more than you expect). Sheen control powder and translucent setting product. A mirror. Hair spray and a small brush. Bobby pins. A steamer for any last-minute wrinkles.

None of these things feel significant until you're standing in front of a camera and you notice a stray hair or a slight shine.
