Everyone who knows me knows that I always recommend this restaurant. Thai Siam is one of my favourite restaurants in Calgary. The food speaks for itself! They started as a pop-up restaurants and now have two locations. It was such a pleasure working with the incredibly talented Chef Sawanya and her husband Tiago at their new location across the street from Chinook Mall. We photographed every dish on their menu for their grand opening.
My favourite dishes are the Pad See Ew, Spicy Thai Sausage, Pork Jowl, Thai Crispy Fish, and Green Curry. This list just keeps getting longer!
