So many maternity sessions last month, and I'm not mad about it at all.

With a cooler Spring, the Magnolia didn't bloom as fully as I'd expected, but the silver lining was that they stayed, and we were able to catch them for this couple.

I started praying the moment I drove to this session.

It was colder than we expected.
Rain started falling, even though the forecast the night before showed none.
And I kept wondering… what if all the blooms were gone?

I could feel myself getting anxious. All I wanted was to give our clients a beautiful session before they leave town.

Then this happened:
The rain stopped the moment I pulled into the parking lot.
The wind calmed down.
The blooms were still there.
And somehow, it didn’t even feel cold anymore.
Even better — we had the entire park to ourselves.

There was so much peace. We laughed, we played, and I got to create.

Every time I look back at these photos, I’ll remember how my clients trusted me enough to wake up early and come out for this session, and how God showed up for us in such a gentle, beautiful way.

This spring season has been stressful, constantly trying to chase the perfect blossom. But moments like this remind me that some stories only exist because you chose to try anyway.

I was hoping to share this earlier, but life has a different plan 😅. Still, better late than never, right?!

This has been a very challenging year for many small businesses, especially with all the tariffs and rising costs. It breaks my heart to have seen many brands closed their doors. For those who are still preserving, let’s show them more love and support, shall we? ❤️

Here are some of my favourite local brands, owned and operated by wonderful families, and my own shop too 🥰. You can also discover more amazing shops through and in the latest Christmas edition of .

Big box stores won’t notice our individual purchases, but small business owners truly celebrate every single order. From my own experience, it truly means a lot. Your support helps them keep going to the next year and more. 

So this season, shop small and shop local ❤️🎄.

Slowly sharing our Fall minis from October 😍.

It's hard to believe we're in November 🍂. It means we're in full force for Christmas minis, holiday planning, gift shopping, family gathering, home cleaning, teeth cleaning 😂...and everything else in between 🫠.

On the bright side, though, we're also in the last stretch of the busy season, and then it will be books, blankets, and Christmas music. Man, how much I look forward to that 🥰.
