A photoshoot so near and dear to my heart 🥰 Count my lucky stars for the rare opportunity to capture a beautiful and special lifelong friend and a tiny snippet of her motherhood journey🥹 Hold on tight to those 'once in a lifetime friends' and of course, the early days of motherhood as they are so fleeting! Can't believe my own kiddos are 6 and 3 already 🫨 Time flies 💜

Well it's been a hot minute since I last posted. Moving to a new country with tiny humans is not for the faint hearted 😅 It has us taken some time to get settled in but - safe to say - WE LOVE CANADA! Sitting for a pedicure this morning for the first time since my daughter was born 🤦🏼‍♀️😯 Mostly overdue due to my back surgery but also because it’s been tough to find personal mamma time these days 🤷🏼‍♀️ Also sharing a few of my favs from this recent forest shoot with this lovely family who were both beautiful inside and out! We have fun running around the forest and the sun even managed to make an appearance 🤩 So great to see so many kiddies getting a long so well - def pulls at the ovaries 😂🙌🏼💛

Yay for it finally being the weekend 🙌🏼 I always find the week after Easter break quite brutal as it’s literally such a shock to the system coming down from the holiday vibes and chocolate overloads 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Easter and managed to see family and friends 💛 My little family squirrelled ourselves away to our favourite cottage in Amberley where not getting in the car and enjoying the sunshine as much as possible was the name of the game ☀️ Popping in with a recent newborn shoot I did with darling little Flora 😍 I was lucky enough to capture Floras sister a few years back when she was still a tiny little baba and it was so special to see her sitting proud next to her shiny new sister 🥰

There’s little else I love more than being able to spend time with tiny humans, especially the very new ones 💛🥲 Although my youngest is only 1 years old I guess I can safely say the newborn stage is long gone 😭 It’s literally such a life changing, soul altering moment in ones life history and it honestly goes by way too fast…I am literally holding on to each moment for dear life! So when I get to spend a shoot with a beautiful family and their super special darling bundle of delight, it seriously warms my soul…and being able to give them memories to last forever…sigh 🥲☺️🙌🏼

Is it just me or is anyone else struggling to keep up with the pace of life 😳 How is it already April 🤷🏼‍♀️ How is it that my daughter is already 1 and my son is about to turn 4 🥲 It’s like after 35, the world hits FFWD…you blink and a week disappears and you’re constantly playing catch up😅 It’s so important to try and slow the pace down where you can (easier said than done believe me I know) and capture little snippets of your kids before you’re staring back at teenagers (legit gives me chest pain 👀). How cute is this beautiful mamma and her little powder puff sweetheart 🥲🙌🏼😭 So grateful to be able to capture little moments like these 🥰
