Ok I’ve been canning like crazy! 😆😆 here’s the list, let me know if you’d like some:

Pickles:
Garlic dill 500ml $10
Bread & Butter 250 ml $7, 500ml $10
Sweet green relish 250ml $7, 500ml $10

Jams: all 250ml jars
Strawberry/rhubarb $7
Blueberry/lime $7

Speciality jams (limited quantities)
Apple pie $9
Seedless triple Berry (strawberry/raspberry/blueberry $9

Fruit:
Peaches in light honey syrup 500ml $8
Coming:
Zucchini relish, pears, applesauce, strawberry jam, mango chutney.

All jars are brand new. All fresh produce bought from local farmers, picked the day I purchase - can’t get any more fresh than that! 😃 no grocery store produce which ripens on the truck as it gets delivered to our stores. No wax coatings on the fruit, no gases used to ripen the food, no sprays at the grocery store to lengthen the time the fruit lasts (that’s not water being sprayed on your grocery produce😉). Only the freshest ingredients used, I actually inspect every strawberry, blueberry, pickle, etc as I wash them by hand, no bruised fruit was used.
Feel free to pass this along to anyone you like. Orders from Burlington people will be arranged on days I’m coming to see family.
Thank you.

It’s canning season! 😃🙌🏻 I have 65 jars for sale…..

Crunchy dill pickles - 500ml jar - $10
Crunchy dill rounds - 500ml jar - $10
Bread and Butter pickles - 250ml jar - $7
- 500 ml jar - $10
Sweet Green Relish - 250ml jar - $7
- 500 ml jar - $10

All jars, lids and bands are brand new.

*pickle crisp was added to jars of dill pickles to keep them crispy, without it they go soggy.
*4 drops of blue food coloring added to big batch of relish before dividing relish into 12 jars. Cooked pickles lose their green color, the blue food color brings it back again. Very minimal amount in each jar.

Each pickle was hand scrubbed and inspected for quality before being used.

Have to say I’ll never buy store bought relish again, wow is it ever good! 😃💚😃

Hello everyone! Lately I’ve been too busy to go out and get photos but soon I hope to edit my photos from Holland. My family found some neat places to take me and I got some wildlife photo time, which I wasn’t expecting so only had my wide angle lens with me. So hopefully with some cropping I’ll still end up with some nice photos from there. That lens was perfect for the windmills though!! Here are a few photos from my phone until I get around to editing. Cheers!!

Isn’t he magnificent?! 🖤🖤🥰 took this 3 months ago and finally got around to editing. It was a chilly early morning so you can see his breath (making his chin and leg look foggy) I really need to go see them again. 🖤

Quite a few weeks ago a friend and I spent a day out in Long Point enjoying all the animals we saw out there. Saw several Kestrels and my friend saw her first wild coyote, so it was a great day. The Sandhill Crabes never disappoint and I finally got my Grey Ghost!!😃

When Cotton Carrier Camera Systems reached out to me and gave me one of their camera carrying systems I was thrilled. Until I used it I had no idea how badly I needed one. Now I won’t go anywhere without this amazing carrier. 27 years ago I fell down the stairs carrying our 8 month old son, he was fine but I fractured my L4 vertebrae. Thank the Lord, the piece stayed in place or I’d have been paralyzed from the waist down. Fast forward to today…since I started wildlife photography 3 years ago I’ve not been able to carry my gear in a backpack, it’s very painful. I also found having the camera around my neck was too heavy, it’s 5 pounds. So long hikes were tiring. Enter Cotton Carrier! This harness has literally changed the way I photograph. I can now be out hiking for hours without any back pain or neck pain and my gear is safe and not hitting my leg or trees anymore. I can’t say enough good things about this system, quality is amazing, it’s going to last for years! I highly suggest getting one, message me for a code you can use to get a discount. 👍🏻
