This sweet little guy was born on my birthday! 😍

In the two weeks since then, I’ve shot 19 mini sessions and 10 full sessions, prepped for CTV, shipped out magazine prints, and slowly started delivering completed galleries. It’s wild how two weeks can feel like both forever and no time at all. 🙏🏻😅

Mostly, I’m just soaking in the gratitude, getting to see so many of my favourite people and meet so many new ones has been the biggest blessing.

Taking half the day off after all the back to back sessions, currently at for a peaceful delicious supper. Loved the warm weather finally breaking through. I snapped over 14,000 this past week!

First real beach day was such a treat today, especially catching up with this amazing crew. 🤍

I have two more sessions tomorrow and then the entirety of Saturday to put a good dent into this accumulated editing pile. 🙏🏻

This week is feeling kind of like this when I’m shooting almost every single day!

I am slowly getting through mommy and me’s! Be patient with me there are so many flies in all the photos, that I’m now looking up ways to create masks that will get rid of them faster.

Prepping to head to Lunenburg for another amazing adventure session.

I know I call these “Mommy and Me” sessions, but the name doesn’t really matter. If Dad is there, he’s absolutely joining in the photos. We won’t stay frozen in one tidy slice of a frame, we’ll run wild and free, chasing the moment, the wind at our feet, and every beautiful direction of light.

I just finished my first big pass through Sunday’s galleries: 11,286 photos across 19 sessions. I culled nearly 1,600, and everything has been rough edited. I still need to do a final comb through before exporting them all, but it’s coming along!

For now, I’m heading out to capture a maternity session on this perfect, windswept sunny day.

Oh, the second photo in, in black and white, is when I fell over, and it was a funny moment indeed. (I was okay!) lol
