This photo takes me back to 2015.
I was on a safari with my dad and we got to see our first wild leopard together. This was not “the first” leopard we saw but it was just one of the many we saw together on that trip.

Some photos don’t have to be technically correct. They just need to stir something inside of us. This is exactly what this photo does for me.

Which one is your favourite? The colour or the B&W version.

Oh have I mentioned before that I love leopards? Ha-ha🤣

One of the best things while on safari is to hear all the bird chatter in the back ground. It is a constant song and it’s something I truly enjoy to hear.

Sound is just one of your senses that will truly awaken while on safari.

Fall is such a beautiful time of the year. It can be so peaceful and a walk through the forest can be energizing. It brings change, but not all changes are bad. Embrace it and go for a stroll in the forest. Just maybe it will put a huge smile on your face!

Meet the Woodlands Kingfisher. A strikingly beautiful bird that can be seen on safari during October to April. They hunt for insects and small rodents and can often be seen sitting on a branch whacking their prey constantly against the branch. This is obviously to kill said prey but also to soften the prey to make it easier to swallow.

Not just are they amazing to look at but they have this beautiful call that echoes through the air.
This sound is what I love hearing the most when on safari.

Im sure you have heard me before and you will probably hear it from me a few more times BUT photographing the big cats at night is friggin unbelievable. 😁🤯

This is always so exciting to have a sighting like this and being able to share these kind of beauty with my guests is something I cherish a lot.

If you have ever been on a whale watching excursion, you will agree that there is a certain peacefulness and excitement that these incredible majestic animals bring to the experience. It’s raw, and wild and often so unpredictable.

When booking a whale watching tour always make sure to do so with experienced and respectable operators. It will make the whole trip so much more enjoyable!
