Snow Clearing Update!
Our Streets & Roads crews have been monitoring the snowfall accumulation on city streets.
As of this morning, we received 4 cm of snow and all roadways are still passable. However, with the continued snow expected throughout the day, snowfall accumulation is expected to be over 10 cm.
Crews will start snow clearing efforts at midnight tonight beginning with P1A and P1 routes, followed by Routes 2 and 6 in the downtown area. Please visit https://snowmap.brandon.ca to view all snow routes and zones.
To assist with snow clearing efforts, please keep parked cars off city streets to ensure streets can be cleared. Parking bans in snow routes downtown area are in effect from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Vehicles in the “No Parking Snow Route” may be ticketed or towed.
