It’s hard to put into words what it means to photograph a family year after year. 🤍

I’ve been photographing Ella, her bro and her cousins since they were little kids, and somehow in the blink of an eye, we’re celebrating her grad! Like what!?

Watching these humans grow up is one of the greatest gifts of this job. The photos are a part of a family’s story. The kind that gets pulled out at Christmas, passed around the room, and treasured a little more with every passing year.

Ella, you are graceful, kind, and absolutely radiant. Your future is waiting for you, and I have no doubt you’ll meet it with the same quiet confidence and beauty you’ve always carried.

From stunning dresses and classic cars to proud families lining the streets, the Downtown Grad Cruise Night was a reminder that graduation isn’t just a milestone for students it’s a celebration for an entire community.

Side by side with Margot, my Brussels griffon. He’s a little bigger than her, approx 6–8 months old, and FULL of suspicious little terrier energy.

I’m way too nosey to just accept the “terrier mix” card. I need lore. I need ancestry. I need to research temperaments and habits rabbit holes. 🤣

All I know is he came from the Portage pound!
