🌟 Staff Spotlight Saturday – Bathurst 🌟
Meet Sarah Noël — pharmacy assistant, inventory queen, and one of the most well-travelled members of our Bathurst team! 🤠 Sarah has been with us in Bathurst for almost 9 years, but her Jean Coutu story actually goes back almost 13 years — starting at a location in Miramichi before she and her husband made their way to the Chaleur Region. And we are so glad they did. 💛
A few things we love about Sarah:
🤝 Her favourite thing about work? The amazing team she gets to work with — and after nearly 9 years, she's a huge part of what makes that team so great
📚 Outside of work, she's reading, watching movies, or deep into a video game — ideally with her cat curled up beside her. (That sounds absolutely perfect 😄)
🏘️ What she loves about this community? The people — everyone knows each other in some way, and there's always someone ready to lend a hand
🤠 Her fun fact? She's originally from Texas! She moved to Canada in 2008, got married, became a pharmacy assistant, and the rest is history — a true Jean Coutu lifer at heart
🇫🇷 And here’s something that deserves a real round of applause — when Sarah first moved here, she didn’t speak a word of French. With hard work, the support of her colleagues, our patient customers, and a very helpful fluent husband, she can now hold a conversation in French with ease. So incredibly impressive! 👏
🧴 Her favourite Jean Coutu product? Our very own Fly Itch Cream — she buys it every summer without fail. High praise from someone who knows her products!

Voici Sarah Noël — assistante en pharmacie, reine de l'inventaire, et l'un des membres les plus bien voyagés de notre équipe de Bathurst ! 🤠 Sarah est avec nous à Bathurst depuis presque 9 ans, mais son histoire avec Jean Coutu remonte à presque 13 ans — elle a commencé dans une succursale à Miramichi avant que son mari et elle s'établissent dans la région de Chaleur. Et on est tellement contents qu'ils l'aient fait. 💛
Ce qu'on adore chez Sarah :
🤝 Sa chose préférée au travail ? L'incroyable équipe avec laquelle elle travaille — et après presque 9 ans, elle fait partie intégrante de ce qui rend cette équipe si formidable
📚 En dehors du travail, elle lit, regarde des films ou plonge dans un jeu vidéo — idéalement avec son chat blotti contre elle. (Franchement, ça semble parfait 😄)
🏘️ Ce qu'elle aime dans cette communauté ? Les gens — tout le monde se connaît d'une façon ou d'une autre, et il y a toujours quelqu'un prêt à donner un coup de main
🤠 Son fun fact ? Elle est originaire du Texas ! Elle a déménagé au Canada en 2008, s'est mariée, est devenue assistante en pharmacie, et le reste appartient à l'histoire — une vraie Jean Coutu de cœur
🇫🇷 Et voici quelque chose qui mérite une vraie salve d’applaudissements — quand Sarah est arrivée ici, elle ne parlait pas un mot de français. À force de travail, avec le soutien de ses collègues, de nos patients clients, et d’un mari très utile et parfaitement bilingue, elle peut maintenant converser en français avec aisance. On trouve ça TELLEMENT impressionnant ! 👏
