น้องหมวกกันน็อค🪖 - (ชื่อจริง พญาปากกว้างหางยาว, Long-tailed Broadbill)

ได้เจอกันสักทีนะเจ้าหมวกกันน็อค ที่ กม. 33 เขาใหญ่ หมายนี้ต้องขอบคุณพี่ตากล้องใจดี (อีกแล้วครับท่าน!) ที่ช่วยชี้เป้าให้ ไม่งั้นคงเดินผ่านไปเฉยๆ แน่เลย พี่เขาบอกว่าที่น้องเลือกมาทำรังบนสายไฟริมถนนแบบนี้ ก็เพราะปลอดภัยจากเจ้าลิงที่จะมา "หวดรัง" นั่นเอง ตอนนี้คู่นี้กำลังขยันสร้างรังสุดๆ บินคาบของมาเติมบ้านแบบถี่ๆ เลยจ้า ✨

Fun fact: รู้หรือไม่ ขนสีเขียวนั้น หากมีสีเขียวจริงไม่! แต่เป็นเพราะขนมีโครงสร้างพิเศษ เมื่อแสงตกกระทบจะเกิดการกระเจิงของแสงสีฟ้าและสีเหลืองมาผสมกันจนตาเรามองเห็นเป็นสีเขียวจ้า... เขาเรียกว่าปรากฏการณ์ Tyndall scattering - อะเมซิ่ง🤩

นกกก (Great hornbill) - อ่านว่า "นก-กก" นะ ไม่ใช่ โน๊กกกกก 😅

ภารกิจตามหาพี่ใหญ่ที่ กม. 33 เขาใหญ่ บอกเลยว่า 'ยากจัด' ใครบอกอยู่ริมถนน... ใช่ฮะ ริมถนน แต่ต้องมุดป่า! มี 2 ช่องให้เลือกเสี่ยงดวง ช่องนึงดูมุมเกาะ อีกช่องดูมุมป้อน ถ้าไม่มีพี่ตากล้องใจดีบอกทาง บอกเลยว่าหาไม่เจอจริงๆ

วินาทีที่วิ่งตามพี่เขาเข้าไปป่า แป้วเลยจ้า... ว่างเปล่า! แต่พอเดินคอตกออกมา เสียงกระพือปีก 'หวืด หวืด' ดังสนั่นข้ามหัวไปสองระลอก พี่ใหญ่ป้อนเสร็จบินไปหาของกินต่อหน้าต่อตา!

รอไป ชม. ครึ่ง จนเกือบถอดใจ ในที่สุดเขาก็กลับมาป้อนลูกอีกรอบ เลยได้จังหวะบินเข้ารังมาฝากทุกคนนี่แหละครับ... แต่ของฝากที่ได้ติดตัวกลับบ้านมาด้วยคือ 'ทาก' ที่เกาะพุงมาแบบเนียนๆ มาถึงเขาใหญ่ของจริงแล้วสินะเรา! 🩸😂

Fun fact เสียงบิน 'หวืด หวืด' ที่ได้ยินดังๆ ไม่ใช่เพราะว่าเป็นแค่นกตัวใหญ่เฉยๆนะจ๊ะ แต่เป็นเพราะนกกกไม่มีขนคลุมใต้ปีก (Under-wing covert feathers) เหมือนนกอื่น ลมเลยผ่านช่องว่างระหว่างก้านขนปีก ทำให้เกิดเสียงดังเป็นเอกลักษณ์จนเราได้ยินก่อนเห็นตัวซะอีก!

A different perspective of Tre Cime di Lavaredo — captured on our way back from the trail to Cadini di Misurina. 🏞️

The Dolomites are where adventure meets the raw beauty of nature. Every step reveals something new, and it’s a reminder that we can’t always capture the ‘perfect’ photo — but that’s what makes it special. Instead of chasing perfection, I’ve learned to embrace what nature offers in the moment. 🌫️

During our stay, the weather wasn’t on our side. We had cloudy skies, light rain, and the peaks were often hidden behind a veil of mist. But even through the shifting fog, there’s beauty in the unpredictability. Every shot was a new opportunity to see the landscape differently. This one, in particular, stands out — it’s a moment that couldn’t be replicated.

แอดมินมาเที่ยวย่าน Dolomites ก่อนหน้านี้แล้ว 4 ครั้ง รอบที่ 5 นี้ถึงได้รู้จัก wildflower ชนิดนี้ ที่ได้รู้เพราะว่าไปถามร้านขายของฝากว่ามันคือดอกไม้อะไร ทำไมถึงกับทำเป็น pin และ souvenir เยอะขนาดนี้

⚡รู้หรือไม่ Stella Alpina ชอบหินปูนและจะโตที่ความสูง ระหว่าง 1,800-3,400m กล่าวคือ เป็นดอกไม้ที่โตบนภูเขาสูงเท่านั้นจ้า

Kirkjufell - ภูเขาที่ถูกถ่ายรูปมากที่สุดใน Iceland [English below]

ตั้งอยู่ทางตะวันออกของ Iceland ในแหลม Snæfellsnes สามารถไปถึงได้ด้วย Ring Road สาย 1 แล้วเลี้ยวแฉลบเข้าถนนย่อยสาย 54 ไปแสนง่าย ขับแค่ 2 ชั่วโมงจาก เมืองหลวง Reykjavík เลยไม่น่าแปลกใจที่เป็นจุดแวะพักถ่ายรูป …. ดังนั้น คนเยอะแน่นอนจ้า ไปสาย นักท่องเที่ยวก็เยอะ ไปเช้าหรือไปค่ำคนก็จะคราคร่ำไปด้วยช่างกล่องแบบพวกเราเฝ้าอยู่เด้อ 😃

Katmai - บ้านของหมี 🐻 [English below]

📅 **Bear Viewing Season**: Bears in Alaska are active from April to November, with the best viewing opportunities from late spring to early fall. The most thrilling time to visit is during the salmon runs, when bears gather at river mouths and waterfalls to fish.

📍 **Brooks Camp, Katmai**: One of the premier bear-viewing spots. With a dedicated viewing platform at Brooks Falls, visitors can safely observe bears fishing for salmon up close. The peak time to visit Brooks Falls is July.
