The other night there was a lot of lightning so I stepped outside with my camera. This is slowed to 20% Normal speed!!!! How wild is that?

Full transparency I added the thunder in post cause my camera doesn’t capture audio at 120fps.

This is me at the start of 2026….

This year so far feels interesting. I feel a change coming along.

I have an immense desire to slow down. I’ve spent the last two nights listening to audiobooks while completing a puzzle. That’s the energy I’m holding myself in right now.

My doom scrolling has reduced drastically over the last few months and I low-key think it’s changed my brain chemistry. I’ve been craving a feeling of magic/wonder/newness.

As a result, I have felt a pull towards new creative outlets. One being playing guitar and another being screenwriting.

I recently bought final draft (a screenwriting software) after attending a screenwriting workshop which I felt like a total noob at. I had no idea where it will lead but I’m excited to see what the rest of 2026 brings!

This is my submission for ‘s theme of the month.
