Amanda is one of our senior team members, bringing you beautiful photos for a second year! She loves dogs and a good snack (me too hehe)

All of GHPC’s team members bring their own eye and expertise to the team, but have been trained to create a distinctly GHPC experience. Our training consists of biweekly calls, in person training, and consistent gallery critiques to ensure that whether it’s myself or a team member capturing your day, there’s a seamless experience! I do all of the editing for our team to achieve a warm, natural and romantic look. đŸ€

What is “Candid-yet-guided” as a wedding style?

To us, it means directing when needed, offering soft prompts rather than rigid poses. We leave space for natural moments to unfold as they come, because you aren’t a statue, and you’ll naturally move or laugh or catch a sweet glance of one another.

last week was one for the books. đŸ€

Every year I host Wedding Bootcamp, which is a private training for my team. This year, hosting GHPC’s first public intermediate level workshop brought back something I didn’t realize I’d been missing. The joy of teaching. Back in my corporate days, facilitating and leading seminars was one of my favourite parts of the job (even though I’m naturally a more introverted person and public speaking used to terrify me!!) Stepping back into that role last week felt like reigniting a flame.

To our incredible attendees, thank you for showing up with open hearts, great questions, and so much energy! And to the models and vendors who gave their time and craft, I genuinely could not have done it without you!

I’m already dreaming up next year’s workshop (we’ll be doing two streams, beginner and intermediate) and I cannot wait to make this an annual tradition. 🌿

“We cannot say enough good things about working with Clarissa. From start to finish, she was absolutely incredible. She made our August 2025 wedding day feel like such a breeze - calm, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable - and for that we are so grateful.

She photographed our church ceremony and our reception at Postmark in Newmarket, and handled the transition between locations so seamlessly.

On the wedding day, it truly felt like we made a friend. She made us (and everyone around us) feel so comfortable, especially during the getting ready photos, which were some of the most emotional moments of the day. She even stepped in to help with my dress bustle, which was so appreciated and completely above and beyond.
