Between her kindness, sense of humour, love of learning and that unforgettable smile…it was such a joy to celebrate this milestone with her. From capturing Reese’s casuals last fall to her graduation this spring, watching her confidence shine in front of my camera was a reminder that the most beautiful photos happen when we simply let our personalities take centre stage.

What an incredible way to begin my 2026 wedding season. 🤍

Honoured that Cameron + Jevon entrusted me with capturing the images they’d dreamed of for their wedding day. From handwritten letters exchanged on the morning of their wedding to the emotional walk down the aisle in the same church where the Bride’s parents, Groom's parents AND Bride's Grandparents were married, every moment was filled with meaning, joy and so much love.

The prairie wind showed up, soft light poured into the church as they said I DO, happy tears were shed, and by the end of the night the dance floor was absolutely packed beneath twinkle lights. Watching these two soak in every moment together was such a gift and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful couple to kick off another season of telling love stories.

MCKENNA + JORDAN

Some love stories begin exactly the way they’re meant to…two people who almost didn’t show up, finding each other anyway, like the universe had already written the ending.

McKenna + Jordan spent their engagement session completely at home in each other’s arms, laughing and spinning through the same landscape where Jordan dropped to one knee and changed everything.

These two are getting married this July, and if their wedding is even half as effortless as the way they look at each other, it’s going to be the kind of night nobody forgets.

It was extra meaningful to photograph the last graduate in the Schulhauser family. 🤍

We spent the evening on their family farm near Alida surrounded by golden light, prairie skies and the most stunning gown that fit her personality perfectly…stylish, adventurous and effortlessly beautiful.

Some people come to a session wanting great photos.

Cameron + Jevon came, and what I saw was two people who have already chosen each other….deeply, quietly, completely.

My job wasn’t to create something between them. It was just to witness what was already there. And then capture it.

That’s what I love most about this work. Not the light, not the location…though the lake didn’t hurt…but the moment someone sees themselves the way the person who loves them most already does.

This is Cameron + Jevon. And they are something.
