Black Friday 🌪️

A day we will never forget. I was 7 years old this day and I remember coming into the city with my Dad right after the tornado hit on the East side and I recall tightening my seatbelt (back then we didn’t really wear seatbelts) and seeing the sky so dark and the refineries twisted and thrown. Car windows busted out and children crying. If we hadn’t stopped on highway 21 to change my half brothers diaper we would have been right in it. I was terrified of tornadoes after that day.

Fast forward 17 years later I started learning how storms work and became a storm watcher.

Dar was also in Edmonton that day and will never forget how black the sky was.
Thats why we do what we do! 🌪️🚗💨
