EVERY time I take event photos, I'm nervous for days up to the event. It's easy to take pictures, but it's not easy to capture the mood of the event in-camera. Unlike many others, I take candid shots most often, to capture the real feel of the day, rather than re-create it for the camera. The real emotions are never duplicated on the second try. I shoot fully manual, which makes things a bit trickier. Nothing automatic, nothing staged. Capturing at the speed of life.
