And at Kaaos Festival, the wonderful 𝒜𝓃𝑒𝓉𝓉𝑒 𝒪𝓁𝓏𝑜𝓃 𝑜𝒻𝒻𝒾𝒸𝒾𝒶𝓁 kicked off her European tour, dedicated to the acclaimed Nightwish albums Dark Passion Play (2007) and Imaginaerum (2011).

Tantas vezes nos encontramos em lugares de abuso, de dor e de injustiça e não conseguimos sair deles.
Às vezes não nos enxergamos a realidade, não temos consciência e permanecemos por ignorância.
Mas e quando nós sabemos que esse é um lugar que não queremos e que não merecemos?
Podemos ir embora? Podemos.
Nós vamos? Nem sempre.
Seja por medo, por princípios ou por entendermos que não conseguimos trilhar outro caminho.
A vida nos coloca uma opção que nos fere como se não tivéssemos opção.
Nós aceitamos. Nos submetemos.
Só nos resta esperar para que um dia isso acabe.

So often, we find ourselves in situations of abuse, pain, and injustice, and we can’t seem to leave.
Sometimes we don’t see things clearly. We lack awareness, and we stay out of ignorance.
But what about when we do know this isn’t a where we want or deserve to be?
Can we leave? Yes.
Do we? Not always.
Out of fear, comfort, principles, or the feeling that we’re unable to choose another path.
Life can trap us in something that hurts, as if we had no choice at all.
So we stay. We submit.
And all that’s left is to wait, hoping that one day it will end.
