A house made to be experienced barefoot, where the architecture invites you to embrace the tranquility of Bahia. This is the essence of House Karawara.

The spatial design focuses on open, integrated spaces that flow seamlessly into the garden. Preserving the regional spirit, the wooden structure, the pergola that filters natural light, and the brises that let the breeze pass freely, all establish a harmonious connection with the local traditional architecture.

Uma casa feita para ser percorrida descalço, onde o arquitetura é um convite à tranquilidade da Bahia. Essa é a proposta da Casa Karawara.

A organização espacial privilegia ambientes integrados e amplos, diretamente conectados ao jardim. Sem perder a essência regional, a estrutura em madeira, a pérgola que filtra a luz natural e os brises que deixam a brisa fluir livremente estabelecem uma conexão direta com a arquitetura típica local.

Currently in development on Brava Beach, Itajaí, in the south of Brazil, Raro Building is a project by Studio Otto Felix. Its architecture explores curved forms and sinuous geometries, creating a dynamic dialogue with the coastal landscape and the surrounding urban scale. The tower’s design emphasizes fluidity, natural light, and unobstructed views of the coastline stretching toward the horizon.

Inside, we propose natural materials, authentic textures, and carefully considered spatial solutions, ensuring continuity between spaces and a seamless connection to the exterior. A project where architecture, interior design, and landscape converge in a single gesture, reflecting our studio’s signature approach.

Atualmente em desenvolvimento, na Praia Brava, Santa Catarina, o Raro Building é um projeto assinado pelo Studio Otto Felix, cuja arquitetura explora curvas e geometrias sinuosas, criando movimentos que dialogam com a paisagem litorânea e com a escala urbana do entorno. Buscamos que o desenho da torre fosse fluido, valorizando a luz natural e a relação visual com a paisagem costeira que se estende no horizonte.

Nos interiores, propomos materiais naturais, texturas autênticas e soluções espaciais cuidadosamente estudadas, promovendo continuidade entre os ambientes e harmonia com o exterior. Um projeto em que arquitetura, design e paisagem se conectam em um mesmo gesto, refletindo nosso olhar autoral.

Emerging as a sculptural architectural object amidst a dense garden of tropical vegetation, the design of the Jure House materializes as a vacation home aimed at intensifying the residents’ connection with the lush landscape.

The overlay of volumes in an amorphous design, delicately outlined by Studio Otto Felix team, establishes a spatial relationship that envisions breaking the architectural rigidity and seeks surprise elements, framing the view and revealing different environments.

In the living room, the generous opening with an organic shape enhances visual communication between the ground floor and the first floor, while the perimeter glass panels allow delicate natural lighting, highlighting the spatialities and textures of the materials. Just like in architecture, the furniture curation was specially conceived: the Joaquim Egídio sofa, designed by Studio Otto Felix.

Emergindo como um objeto arquitetonico escultural em um denso jardim de vegetação tropical, o projeto da Casa Jure se materializa como um lar de veraneio que busca intensificar a relação dos moradores com a exuberante paisagem.

A sobreposição de volumes em formato amorfo, delicadamente delineados pela equipe do Studio Otto Felix, estabelece uma relação de espacialidades que vislumbram a quebra da previsibilidade arquitetônica e buscam elementos surpresa, ora uma vista emoldurada, ora revelando diferentes ambientes.

Na sala de estar, a generosa abertura de formato orgânico intensifica a comunicação visual entre o térreo e o primeiro pavimento, enquanto os panos de vidro perimetrais permitem uma delicada iluminação natural, evidenciando as espacialidades e texturas dos materiais. Assim como na arquitetura, a curadoria de mobiliário foi especialmente concebida: o sofá Joaquim Egídio, com autoria do Studio Otto Felix.

In the design for Matana House, architecture and nature coexist in fine harmony. The generous eaves that shelter the veranda include openings that allow trees to grow freely, while the arrangement of volumes creates garden courtyards, blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors.

Inside, the careful selection of natural materials provides a cohesive reading of the space, while prioritizing timelessness and warmth.

Na proposta para a Casa Matana, arquitetura e natureza coexistem em fina sintonia. Sobre o generoso beiral que acolhe a varanda, aberturas permitem que árvores cresçam livremente, enquanto a disposição dos volumes oportuniza pátios ajardinados, diluindo os limites entre o dentro e o fora.

Nos interiores, a cuidadosa seleção de materiais naturais permite uma leitura coesa do espaço, ao mesmo tempo que prioriza a atemporalidade e o aconchego.

Aqui, a construção encontra o sagrado.
Uma morada onde os elementos da natureza se alinham —
o ar que atravessa,
a terra que acolhe,
o fogo que aquece,
e a água que purifica.

No eixo central, uma pedra repousa —
silenciosa, ancestral.
Uma sala de taipa lembra que toda construção também é um templo.

As paredes respiram.
O teto de biriba faz a casa mudar com o passar do dia.
As sombras se movem como orações.

Cada percurso revela um jardim,
cada luz, um mistério.

A Casa Damata é uma casa de contemplação —
simples e profunda —
onde o olhar encontra repouso

The biriba-wood ceiling transforms the house as the day unfolds.
