A roadtrip to and through Switzerland is definitely something that’s high on my list for upcoming summer. Spending time the mountains, out camping and hiking with friends is one of my favorite things to do. And honestly, Switzerland is such a peak destination to do all of that.

I must admit , I never thought I’d find myself on a yacht someday, yet a few weeks ago I shot some content for .ibiza - and somehow it was love at first sight. Spending the whole day on the ocean in Ibiza is probably one of the best jobs I’ve ever had 📸 so if you ever find yourself in Ibiza and you want to rent a boat for the day, there’s only one place to do it: .ibiza ⛵️

Here’s a bunch of photos I took in the span of just a few hours. The famous Cerro Torre mountain catching the first sunlight felt as an announcement: today’s gonna be a good day. It’s not really true that a photographer is only as good as his camera, but having a camera you can rely on definitely makes the job easier from time to time. Blue hour has always been one of my favorite moments to shoot a scene, a new day is slowly waking up, the scenery becomes visible as your eyes get used tot the dark landscape. My R6 mk III is the perfect camera to capture the surroundings in low-light, and during my trip in Patagonia, I found myself impressed quite a few times.

Been home from Patagonia for a few weeks already. It’s been so busy ever since, but I’m sure missing places like these to wake at. Golden light covering the peaks of Fitz Roy behind me, a fresh cup of coffee. There’s very few better ways to start the day ⛺️

The decline of a glacier. When I visited the Perito Moreno glacier in Argentina, I had such high expectations. I’d seen footage of this place a long time ago on television and my mind was blown. The people were so close to it, they seemingly could almost touch it. But visiting it many years after seeing that footage, I was surprised. Surprised by how far it has declined. Still an incredible sight to see, but probably the last time anyone sees the glacier this close, as it rapidly retreats every day…

Patagonia, you've stolen my heart. Our first week here has been a rollercoaster, with our campervan taking us to Torres del Paine, Chile, just last week. The weather's been unpredictable, and we had to make the tough decision to leave after only 2 days, with the remainder of the journey in mind. But the memories I've made in that short time are etched in my mind forever - the stunning views, the thrill of exploring the great outdoors... it's been truly amazing. I'm already counting down the days until I return to Torres del Paine, ready to tackle more trails and soak up the beauty of this incredible place. Good times, for sure.

Classic views at the Faroe Islands, which is still one of my favorite destinations in the world. Probably the most rugged landscape I’ve ever seen, combined with local wildlife (highland cows and sheep) and the most cozy little villages you can imagine.
Little update: I’m currently on my way to a place that’s been so high on my list to travel to, never thought I’d make it here: Patagonia. I’ll keep you posted on our adventure trough stories. ✌🏻

Last week in Lofoten I went out to photograph the legendary Sea Eagles. No easy task, as they can reach speeds up to 160 km/h while diving to catch fish.
Thanks to the new Canon R6III ,I was able to not only have them perfectly in focus, but I also never missed a moment thanks to the 40 photos per second burst mode on the camera. For reference: I made over 2000 photos in one hour, and I had a very hard time choosing my favorite ones. So here are some of the photos that I liked most, hope you do as well! 🦅

After visiting Lofoten, I made my way to a whole different area in Norway: Vesterålen. It seems to me like it’s often overlooked, but it’s definitely worth spending a few days here as well in my opinion. Just to drive around and take in the views.
I can already picture summer evenings, midnight sun and cruising this beautiful area.
Here’s some of my favorite things I seen on the Island, from photogenic boats, to ice breaking and a lighthouse at sunset. We also did a moose safari but my moose picture is pretty embarrassing, not sure I should share it 🫎
