๐. ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ:
โก A non-refundable booking deposit of 10% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking.
โก The full payment must be completed after the event.
๐. ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข
๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ:
โก Raw Photos: Delivered within 2 days of the event.
โก Edited Photos: Delivered within 3 weeks of the event.
โก Edited Videos: Delivered within 4 weeks of the event.
๐๐ข๐๐๐จ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
โก Full event video duration will vary depending on the event activities (typically between 20 minutes to 80
minutes).
โก Trailer video will have a duration between 1 minute 30 seconds and 2 minutes 15 seconds.
๐. ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐ฌ:
โก The client must provide the song or music they wish to use for the trailer.
๐. ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐:
โก All deliverables (photos and videos) will be provided via Google Drive.
๐. ๐๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐๐ฌ:
Extra services such as additional photographers, cinematographers, drone coverage, or printed photos are
available at the following rates:
โก Additional Photographer: Tk. 1,500 per hour.
โก Additional Cinematographer: Tk. 1,500 per hour.
โก Drone Services: Tk. 2,500 per event.
โก Pen Drive (32GB): Tk. 750.
โก Pen Drive (64GB): Tk. 950.
โก 4R Prints: Tk. 30 per copy.
โก 3R Prints: Tk. 25 per copy.
๐. ๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ค๐:
For events outside Dhaka, additional travel charges will apply.
โก An extra Tk. 3,000 will be added for 1-day events outside Dhaka.
โก An extra Tk. 3,000 will be added for 2-day events outside Dhaka.
๐. ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฒ๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฌ๐๐ ๐:

๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ reserves the right to use photos and videos for promotional purposes, including on social media,
unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
๐. ๐๐ข๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ:
While we ensure high-quality service, Cine Film is not responsible for unforeseen issues such as equipment
failure or delays in editing due to circumstances beyond our control.

๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any
significant changes.
