The day was TAZIN's 𝗚𝗮𝘆𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗱, the traditional ceremony before her wedding.

Her grandmother had always told her, “Water carries blessings, and flowers carry love.” So when her cousins gathered around with brass pots filled with scented water, she knew this moment would become a memory she would cherish forever.
The first splash made her gasp. The second made her laugh. By the third, she closed her eyes and simply let the water fall over her like a shower of happiness.
Around her, everyone was smiling. Her mother wiped away a tear, remembering the little girl who once played in the rain. Her friends cheered, teasing her about the new life waiting ahead. The marigold flowers around her wrists and hair glowed like tiny suns.

For a brief moment, time seemed to stop.
