📝Teaching vs Learning!🔥

Teaching and learning are two sides of the same coin.

Teaching enables learning, it can be conducted by anyone who knows or can do something that others need help with to learn and understand.

Training is more suited when used in relation to the learning and practice of skills.

Learning is acquiring new knowledge, skills, behaviors, or attitudes. It's a natural and ongoing process that occurs throughout our lifetime, through various stages and means such as observation, experience, instruction, and practice.

Teaching is an act of facilitating learning by guiding, instructing, and supporting students in acquiring knowledge and skills. It involves a range of strategies and techniques to engage students, promote understanding and facilitate learning outcomes and requires expertise in the subject matter, communication and interpersonal skills.

We often study to get through a specific period such as exams, whereas we learn to grow as humans and what we learn stays with us.

The purpose of teaching and learning is for knowledge and education which is often organized into stages such as primary, secondary, and higher education and it aims to prepare individuals for future roles in society and the workforce.

"মেনে নেওয়া" মানুষের সবচেয়ে সুন্দর গুণগুলোর একটি।

আমি সব জানি না, আমার ভুল হতে পারে, কেউ আমার চেয়ে ভালো জানতেই পারে—এই সত্যগুলো যে গ্রহণ করতে শেখে, সে-ই সবচেয়ে শান্তিতে বাঁচে।

নিজের সীমাবদ্ধতাকে স্বীকার করতে পারাই পরিপক্বতা। কারণ জীবন নিখুঁত নয় বরং নিজের সঙ্গে সৎভাবে মানিয়ে নেওয়ার নামই জীবন।

এমন কোনো মানুষ বা পরিবেশের কাছে গ্রহণযোগ্যতা পাওয়ার জন্য নিজের মূল্যবোধ, ব্যক্তিত্ব বা সত্তাকে বিসর্জন দেবেন না—যারা আপনাকে সত্যিকার অর্থে মূল্যায়ন করে না।

✅ যা আপনি নন, তেমনটা হওয়ার ভান না করে নিজের আসল সত্তাকে বজায় রাখুন।
✅ কর্মক্ষেত্র, সম্পর্ক বা সামাজিক বৃত্ত—কোনোটিই যদি আপনার জন্য স্বাস্থ্যকর বা উপযুক্ত না হয়, তবে তা বুঝতে শিখুন।
✅ নিজের ব্যক্তিত্ব বা নীতি বিসর্জন দিয়ে কোনো জায়গায় টিকে থাকার চেয়ে সেখান থেকে সরে আসার মতো আত্মসম্মানবোধ ও গুরুত্ব নিজের প্রতি রাখুন।
