Maybe this is the last wedding program I did—one that I took on for the sake of a wonderful junior Anika. Once, I promised her, “I’ll upload a hundred photos of you, and then I’ll call it a day.” And I kept my word.

Photography has given me so much in this life—above all, it’s brought me connections. I still feel a spark every time I click the shutter, a quiet thrill when I’m editing, and pure joy when I see the smiles of those I photograph.

I’ll be sharing two more posts from this wedding. I hope they bring you as much joy as they brought me—and I promise not to bore you.

I know I will miss all your appreciations I had from you for these many years. I had to surpass a lot for taking this decision but it's the reality I've accepted.

I have also sold my child Nikon D750 for not continuing. Hope you all will love me the same for my relentless works these many years and forgive me for this sudden shut down.

রাগ ভুলেও যাই।
ঠান্ডা মেজাজে পুরনো চিঠি দেখি
বার্তার হরফগুলো তোমার
ভুলভাল ক্যারিকেচার করে!
আমি বিস্মিত হই,
রাগ মাটি হয়
মাটিতে দাঁড়িয়ে আবার রাগ হয়

কখনো সুযোগ হলে বার্বির মার্গট রবিকে ধানমন্ডি এনে ঘোরাবো। আচমকা এখানে এসে সে দেখবে চারিদিকে বেমালুম হর্ণ বাজাচ্ছে ভোদাই ড্রাইভাররা। রাস্তা পার করাও কি ভীষণ কঠিন এত গাড়ির তোপে!

এরপর হঠাৎ রাস্তার পাশে দেখবে রিক্সাওয়ালা মামারা খিচুড়ি খাচ্ছে ডিম দিয়ে৷ ধানমন্ডিতে কোচিং করতে আসা ছেলেমেয়েরা রাস্তার পাশে আনন্দের সাথে দাঁড়িয়ে চিকেন ফ্রাই খাচ্ছে; কেউ খাচ্ছে ফ্রেঞ্চ ফ্রাই। আবার হঠাৎ তার পাশ দিয়ে হেঁটে যাওয়া একটা ছেলে ফোনে বলে উঠবে, "বেইব, আর পাঁচটা মিনিট— এসে পড়েছিতো"।

এত কম সময়ে এতসব ঘটনা দেখে মার্গট খুব আশ্চর্যান্বিত হবে। সে বিস্ময়ে আকাশে তাকিয়ে দেখবে কি সুন্দর আকাশ! এরপর ফিসফিস করে বলবে—
