Photography Contest 2026: July Uprising Through the Lens

Some moments shape history, and some photographs preserve them for generations.

The July Uprising stands as a symbol of courage, resilience, sacrifice, and the collective hope for a better future. To commemorate its legacy, the EDU Photography Club invites all students of East Delta University to participate in Photography Contest 2026: July Uprising Through the Lens.

Whether you captured moments during the July Uprising or documented the people, places, emotions, and transformations that followed, this is your opportunity to tell a meaningful story through your lens.

Submission Details:
Deadline: 3 August 2026
Time: 4:00 PM

Contest Guidelines
• Open to all current students of East Delta University.
• Each participant may submit maximum three (3) original photographs.
• Entries may include photographs from the July Uprising or images captured afterwards that reflect its impact, remembrance, resilience, hope, and the journey toward a better Bangladesh.

📸 DAY 3 | That’s a Wrap! 💙

Three incredible days. Countless smiles. Endless memories.

Today marked the final day of Capture the Real Campus, and we couldn’t have asked for a better ending. The response was beyond our expectations—so many enthusiastic participants, so much energy, and such an overwhelming crowd that the excitement kept the event going well beyond its scheduled time.

A heartfelt thank you to vivo Bangladesh for partnering with EDU Photography Club and making this collaboration possible. Thank you for cooperating with us and giving our campus community an opportunity to experience creativity through your latest devices.

We are also sincerely grateful to our respected Director of DSA Tabassum Chowdhury Ma’am, Advisor Mithila Afrin Ma’am and Co-Advisor Sadia Afrin Ma’am, who visited us throughout the event, continuously encouraged our team, and inspired us to give our very best. Your support meant a lot to every one of us.

Finally, thank you everyone who took part in the photography contest, to every student who visited our booth, participated in the activities, and captured beautiful moments, also became a part of this journey.

Another day, another collection of unforgettable campus moments. ✨

Day 2 of Capture the Real Campus brought even more creativity, excitement, and fresh perspectives to the lens. From capturing authentic campus life with vivo smartphones to exploring the latest devices, every click reflected a unique story.

𝐄𝐃𝐔 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐲 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 is teaming up with 𝐕𝐈𝐕𝐎 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 for a 𝟑-𝐝𝐚𝐲 live photo contest!

We’re ditching heavy editing and fake presets to see who can capture pure, unfiltered campus moments using specified 𝐕𝐈𝐕𝐎 phones on the spot.

Through his lens, he inspired generations to pursue photography not just as an art, but as a powerful medium of storytelling and truth.
