I'm doing this again. And it feels right.

Back in 2020, I grabbed my camera and headed to front yards and local parks during lockdown. Mums were exhausted. Families were stuck at home. We all needed something to hold onto.

The photos in this post are just a few from those 2020 sessions - real families, front yards, parks, the whole lot. Still some of my favourite memories as a photographer..

Life's changed a lot since then. I've lost some incredible people in my life, and a few big things have shifted in ways I didn't expect. Good and hard. Both at once.

So I'm doing it again. People are still doing it tough, and a memorable image of your family is a small thing that lasts a lifetime.

Michael & Jesseana finally tied the knot last Saturday and it was such a joy to be part of 😌

Lots of laughs, a few happy tears, and at least one moment where I had to pretend I wasn’t emotional behind the camera.
