Happy 2021 everyone.
With Western Australia's storm season kicking off finally, when I saw that the Wheatbelt was in for some development, I got my gear ready for what I thought would be a 3 hour drive. So after leaving home at 11pm the 3 hour drive turned into a 5 hour drive as the roos kept interfering with my plans, I arrive with no time to kick back & find a prime vantage point as the storms kicked off like clockwork.
I chased this cell for around 2 hours before another one formed behind me.
I didn't get home till mid afternoon & finally flaked it on the couch at around 10pm, so making it a 36 hour adventure.
Was it worth it you may ask & my reply would be dam straight it was worth it.
I have plans to become more active with this site over the coming year, hopefully posting at least 2 images aweek with a small back story behind each image.
thanks guys & stay safe out there
Dougal 🙏
