I can't stop thinking about you today.
I can't stop imagining your last moments, as you gave your sweet, hurting baby girl to men you'd never met, desperately hoping they were people who'd do everything they could to save her life. No mother would give her baby to strangers unless she knew it was the only option. I hope there's some way that you know that they did help her 🥺
Your life was worth so much, and it was senselessly taken from you. Your baby girl will grow up without your cuddles and kisses, and it fills me with sadness and rage.
It doesn't do anything to bring you back, but today we are all your grieving Mum friends 💔
For those who are in Australia/aren't aware: Yesterday in Bondi, a man chose to take the lives of several people in a shopping centre - 1 man, and 5 women, including a Mum whose 9 month old baby was also injured and is still in hospital at this time. There are only a few details known for sure at this time, and I will be deleting anything that is an assumption or intentional misinformation!
