This is a dedication post to anyone and everyone who is currently battling depression or anxiety. Its no fun and many people who are currently struggling with it have no one to turn to. So, I would like to say, if you know anyone that is going though a hard time please be there for them. It makes a world of difference and helps them fight the negative thoughts.

This picture shows a focus on how often people have to fight themselves everyday and sadly sometimes depression wins. In Australia in 2015; 2,292 men and 735 women took their own lives. Look out for the signals and get help if feel you need it.
