5 questions to ask yourself before you avoid booking a photoshoot this year…

1️⃣ Will I regret not having photos of this season of life?
Because these tiny hands won’t always reach for you like this.

2️⃣ Am I waiting to feel “more ready”?
More rested. More confident. More like “my old self”…
(Here’s the truth — your kids already see you as everything.)

3️⃣ Am I telling myself life is too busy right now?
Because somehow, it always is… and yet time keeps moving anyway.

4️⃣ Do I believe I need to be perfect to be photographed?
Perfect hair. Perfect outfits. Perfect smiles.
But the moments that matter most live in the in-between.

5️⃣ If I look back in 10 years… what will I wish I’d done?
Booked the session — or waited again?

This isn’t about photos for Instagram.

It’s about memories for your children.

It’s about freezing the love, the chaos, the connection — exactly as it is right now.

I’ll guide you every step of the way — from styling (yes, including client wardrobe 🤍) to a relaxed, playful session where you can just be with your babies.

If this has been sitting on your heart…
this is your sign ✨

✨ Something special is coming… ✨

The New Year always feels like a fresh breath of air — a chance to slow down, reconnect and move forward with intention 🤍

To celebrate the Year of the Horse (heart, strength, connection), I’ve been quietly working on a very limited New Year booking bonus for families who’ve been meaning to update their photos but want something meaningful, not forced.

Think:
🤍 connection over perfection
🤍 moments you’ll actually feel when you look back
🤍 a little extra gift to start the year

I’ll be offering this first to my email list before opening it to the general public — and there will only be a handful of sessions available for February & March.

If you’re not on my email list yet and don’t want to miss out, now’s the time 🤍 (shoot me your email address in a DM)

Details landing very soon…

✨ Stay close ✨

To my beautiful clients — THANK YOU 🤍

Thank you for trusting me to step into your world, meet your babies, wrangle your toddlers, and capture your families exactly as they are.

I loved the giggles, the shy smiles, the wild energy, the snack breaks, the cuddles, the “my child will never sit still” moments (spoiler: they didn’t 😅), the muddy feet, the sandy toes, the twirling dresses, the partners who “hate photos” but absolutely nailed it, and the quiet in-between moments when everything just slowed down.

Thank you for welcoming me into your chaos, your calm, your love, and your stories. It truly is the greatest honour to document these fleeting seasons for you.

As we look ahead to 2026, my heart is so full. There’s a new focus, fresh ideas, and an exciting new studio space coming early this year — and I cannot wait to share it all with you.

Here’s to more connection, more magic, and more memories together ✨
Thank you for being here — I’m so grateful for every single one of you 🤍

The house is quiet (for now), the tree lights are glowing, and my heart feels so full. This photo has become a tradition for me each year — a pause to soak in the season, the magic, before the day arrives.

Christmas is such a beautiful reminder to slow down, hold your people close, and be grateful for the moments that matter most — the ones that often go unnoticed in the rush of everyday life.

Wishing you all a safe, peaceful and joy-filled Christmas. May your homes be filled with love, laughter, and memories that linger long after the lights come down.

Merry Christmas from mine to yours 🤍🎄

My oldest babe turns 11 today… and somehow my heart is bursting while breaking all at once.

Eleven years ago, you changed everything I thought I knew about love, patience, fear, and joy. You taught me how to be brave in ways I didn’t even realise I needed to be. Watching you grow has been the greatest honour of my life.

You are kind in a world that isn’t always gentle.
You are caring in ways that go unnoticed by many, but never by me.
You are thoughtful, smart, and quietly powerful — the kind of girl who feels deeply and loves fiercely.

I am so proud of the young lady you are becoming. The way you include others, the way you notice when someone is hurting, the way your heart leads before anything else. Your empathy is your superpower, even on the days it feels heavy.

Every year you grow a little taller, a little wiser, a little more you — and every year I find myself wishing I could slow time just enough to stay here a little longer. To hold your hand a bit tighter. To soak in this version of you before the next one arrives.

Thank you for teaching me just as much as I teach you. No matter how big you grow or how far you go, you will always be my baby — my first, my heart opener, my girl.

Happy 11th birthday, my beautiful girl.
I am endlessly proud of you. 🤍

To all the busy parents out there juggling everything — kids, work, schedules, meals, washing, and the never-ending to-do lists — this is your gentle reminder 💛

The holidays don’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. The magic isn’t in the spotless house, the wrapped gifts, or the packed calendar. It’s in the small moments: the giggles, the messy memories, the quiet hugs, the shared meals, the lights glowing a little longer than usual.

Your kids won’t remember how much you got done — they’ll remember how it felt.

connection over chaos, and choosing joy in the middle of the beautiful madness this season 🎄✨

Resilience is such a powerful thing. It’s easy to take our everyday blessings for granted — our routines, our health, the simple moments that quietly shape our days. But then we witness someone who reminds us what true strength looks like.

I admire Natalie more than words can say. She has faced some of the hardest health challenges life can throw at a person, yet she continues to rise, to push forward, and to meet each day with a smile that inspires everyone around her. Her courage, her determination, and her refusal to let obstacles define her remind me what it means to be truly resilient.

The ones who refuse to give up — and to appreciating what we have a little . 💛✨

Sometimes life just hits really hard, and today is one of those days.
Twenty-three years without you—and it’s weighing super heavy today. This year especially has been the absolute pits. So much has happened and shifted. Some relationships faded, some friendships seasons ended… and yet new people have come into my life, and some have stepped up in ways I’m so grateful for.

There’s been so much growth —more than I ever expected. I’ve changed. I’ve faced things this year that most people shouldn’t have to face one after another like a relentless freight train.

I try so damn hard to stay positive, but honestly? It’s been rough.
Today is just a s**t day, and I’m really feeling the ache of it without you—especially this year.

For the Mum Who Keeps Postponing

“I’ll book when I lose the baby weight.” “After I get my hair sorted.” “When I feel more confident.” “Maybe next year when I’m more put together.”

Sweet mama, I understand. Truly. The camera feels exposing when you’re exhausted, when you haven’t prioritised yourself in months, when you’re still wearing your pregnancy jeans or running on three hours of sleep.

But your children? They don’t see any of that.
They see the person who makes everything okay. The arms that feel like home. The face they love more than any other in the world.

Every mum who books with me says the same thing beforehand: “I’m so awkward, I don’t know what to do, I hate photos of myself.” And after? They cry happy tears because they finally have proof they were here, loving these little humans through this irreplaceable season.

You don’t need to be different. You just need someone who knows how to make you feel comfortable while capturing what’s already beautiful.

That’s literally my job. Let me do it.

Kids don’t need to perform to be photographed.

They don’t need to smile on command, say cheese, or look at the camera with perfect posture.

They deserve to be seen just as they are—quiet, silly, curious, grumpy, joyful, tired, wild, thoughtful.

Real moments are where the magic is. Not in perfect poses, but in truth.

Let’s take photos that honor childhood, not direct it.
