*I have a quality wide-angle lens and 50mm mid-length lens to get the best photos.
*I am trained in photo-correction using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop including correcting horizontal and vertical aspects.
*My camera’s sensor is so good it works well in low light, with minimal sensor noise creating crisp clean images.
*I’ve been trained in photo bracketing and tilt-shift lens (although I do not own a tilt shift lens yet).
*Realistic, truly represented and appealingly edited photos.
*In the future I may purchase a Matterport 360 camera for virtual tours. I produce excellent web and social media photos that are also great for large scale printed advertising materials, posters, and banners. My fee is
$175 for 15 edited photos shot in 45 minutes to 1 hour,
$225 for 25 images shot in up to 1 hour, and
$250 for 30+ images shot in up to 1.25 hours (all dependent on property size and amount of rooms). Add $25 for twilight shots on dusk. The fee is inclusive of my time, travel and professional editing. +$25 to travel to Greater than 16-20km from Woodcroft.
