Self-compassion is my superpower.

When I don't feel great in my own skin. When I’m feeling particularly small and insignificant. Self-compassion changes everything.

When caught in negative self-talk, I pause and ask myself, 'Would I say these words to a friend?' The answer is always no. So, why say them to myself?⁣⁣

Instead, I choose self-compassion. I remind myself that I am important, worthy, and deserving of love and acceptance. Embracing my imperfections and celebrating my uniqueness has been a game-changer.⁣⁣

Let's catch ourselves in negative self-talk and extend the kindness we show others to ourselves. We are on a journey of growth, and self-compassion paves the way. 💗✨⁣⁣
