It’s been a little while since I’ve shared some of my family and lifestyle work.
In this new season of motherhood, capturing each milestone feels deeply personal. The tiny hands. The changing faces. The way they reach for you without thinking.
I often hear mums say they have hundreds of photos of their children, but barely any with themselves in it. I’m guilty of this too. When you’re always behind the camera, it’s easy to disappear from the frame.
In 2026, I want to create more lifestyle sessions that gently bring mums back into the picture. Not perfect. Just present. Because your children will only care that you were there.
These images are especially close to my heart.
A sunset session on the jetty, celebrating sweet Teddy with long-time clients turned dear friends. That evening, the sky showed up in the most breathtaking way. Layers of gold spilling across the water, wrapping everything in warmth. It felt like a gift. A quiet embrace.
I am so thankful for families like theirs who allow me to witness their love in all its depth.
