I came across this sweet newborn session in the archives this morning, and coincidentally watched this little guy run and jump all over play equipment this afternoon.

He’s almost 3, and it hit me like a tonne of bricks just how fast time flies and seasons pass us by.

There’s nothing I love more than shooting in your home.

It’s where mess and love and chaos and joy all come together- it’s where life happens.

No matter where, no matter what it looks like.

Shantel and Mitch’s home is a project of love, sweat and fur.

Paint on every wall, bathroom reno, turning downstairs into a bar and grooming studio Girl and her dog , and yard work that has left blistered hands. They’ve also hosted family Christmas, gotten engaged, made ice cream and raised their 3 four-legged babies here.

There was no better place to document them.
