A sensational Spring day had thousands gather at the Towradgi Beach Hotel’s Beer, Food and Wine Festival. Rose slushies, Japanese pancakes, colourful tacos and melting moments courtesy of soft serve ice cream were just a some of the tempting treats on offer.

What started out as a quick lunch soon turned into a photo shoot.

Stepping into Harley & Johns Seafood at Fairy Meadow we were stoked with the quality of produce on offer.
Cold smoked trout from Second Fiddle Smokehouse.
Wood smoked trout by Snowy Mountains Trout.
Smoked cultured butter by Pino’s Dolce Vita for Pepe Saya.

Take a thin slice of Truffle and Squid Ink Salami, wrap it up with a cornichon and enjoy the crunch as the flavours melt in your mouth.
Wash that down with a barrel aged Tequila shot, wedge of lime and you’re ready for whatever the evening brings.
New to the menu, I highly recommend this salami as a pre dinner snack.
