This morning I set out on a ridiculously bold adventure in my boots during low tide. Got wedged, landed on my knees, and nearly lost a boot, but the snapshot right before that fiasco was Instagram-worthy – and Channel 10 weather apparently concurred, choosing it for tonight's weather news. Totally worth the muddy pants and humiliation.

Taken this morning (1 June) 6.35am - 7.40am, the first day of winter in Seaholme. Mother nature didn't disappoint. Brilliant colours at first light, looking towards the City skyline, with the moon shining bright towards the West. Sunrise was definitely golden, with beaut reflections on the Bay. The temperature in my timeline was a cool 8c.
