Three boys… and then her 🤍

A whole new kind of love to learn,
soft in different ways,
but just as wild and full.

Still loud.
Still busy.
Still beautifully chaotic.

Just with a little extra sweetness woven in.

The final piece, right where she belongs.

And trust me… swipe to the end for Mum and Dad 🥺🤍

The way they hold her tells you everything.

Careful.
Present.
Like they understand just how much she means.

Not rushed.
Not taken for granted.

Just… held.

The last time she carried life like this…

The last time little hands reached for a baby not yet here,
the last time it was almost, but not quite, complete.

There’s something about “lasts”
they don’t shout, they settle quietly into your chest and stay there.

And now… the final piece is in her arms 🤍

There is something incredibly tender about this stage of motherhood.
Not quite newborn chaos. Not quite the old normal either. Just this soft, golden in-between.

A little girl resting her head on her mum’s shoulder, already protective.
A dad kissing a belly that holds someone he hasn’t met but already loves fiercely.
Hands layered over a bump that has quietly become the centre of their world.

Maternity sessions aren’t just about documenting a growing belly.
They’re about capturing the way a family wraps themselves around what’s coming next.

The anticipation.
The pride.
The quiet moments between laughter.

This baby is already so deeply loved, and that’s the story I’ll always chase.

Two years ago, I stood in a hospital room and watched this family hold their daughter, Lacie.

I watched them memorise her.
I watched love and heartbreak exist in the same breath.

When they asked me to photograph this season of waiting, it felt sacred.

Hands on a growing belly.
Sunflowers woven gently in.
Hope that was careful, but brave.

These weren’t just maternity photos.
They were proof that love can survive the unthinkable.

Now Indie is here.

And nothing about her arrival erases her sister.
It carries her forward.

Indie is because Lacie was. 🕊️

These are the frames that matter.

Not the big scenic one with the hills behind you.
Not the perfectly posed, everyone-looking shot.

This.

The forehead resting against hers like everything else can wait.
Her hand on his chest, ring catching the sun.
The way he softens when she’s close.
The tiny crease beside his nose.
The quiet breath between them.

Close ups are where the real story sits.

They hold the things you don’t even realise you’ll miss one day.
Freckles.
Dimples.
The way your fingers curl into cotton.
The way you look at each other when no one’s watching.

Wide shots show where you were.
Close ups show who you were together.

Years from now it won’t be the paddock you feel.
It’ll be this.
Forehead to forehead.

Hand to heart.
Sunlight on skin.

This is real love.
Not the tidy, look-at-me kind. The comfortable kind.

The kind where you’re laughing mid-kiss, hands just end up where they belong, and no one’s asking what to do next. He’s solid. She’s all warmth and spark. They meet in the middle and it just… works.

Nothing here was forced. No posing, no overthinking. Just two people who actually like each other, who feel safe enough to muck around, be held, be loud, be soft.

This is why I shoot the way I do.
Because these are the moments that matter.
The in-between ones. The ones you don’t plan but end up meaning the most.

This is them. And it’s bloody good.

🤍 Client Gallery Reminder

As I prepare my systems for 2026, I’ll be removing older galleries to make room for upcoming sessions.

If your session was photographed in 2025, please take a moment to ensure your full gallery has been downloaded and safely backed up.

Once these older galleries are removed, they won’t be accessible or recoverable, so I strongly recommend saving your images to a personal device and/or cloud storage.

This clean-up is part of maintaining a smooth, reliable experience for current and future clients, and I truly appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for trusting me to capture these moments for you. Your memories are yours to keep forever 🤍

Some sessions stay with you.
Not because of the light or the location, but because of the way two people love each other when no one’s asking them to perform.

This one felt gentle and real from the very beginning.
Easy laughter, quiet closeness, and that kind of connection you don’t need to direct.

I’m always honoured when couples trust me with moments like this.
You two were magic, and it was a beautiful thing to witness. 🤍✨
