Every photoshoot my aim is to capture not just photos of the connection and love between your family but that one beautiful image that can be the centre piece of your home.

Of course, that is so easy to do in our beautiful outdoors but not always conducive to our crazy Tassie weather.

When I chose the studio this is exactly what I had in mind.

Today everything started to come together, and I absolutely cannot wait to show you!

What an incredible turnout to the 4th annual MND Big Freeze at Ulverstone Waterslide! There were lots of laughs and a quite a few tears. Such an emotional day for so many. Congratulations to everyone involved!

Your baby is your most precious thing and in those early newborn days you genuinely cannot be too careful. Here’s what every parent should be asking before they book! 👇

Is your photographer…

🤍 Properly trained in newborn safety posing — not just “good with babies”?
🤍 Experienced enough to read baby’s cues and know when to stop and settle?
🤍 Cleaning and sanitising ALL props, wraps, outfits and accessories between every single session?
🤍 Fully vaccinated? (including flu & whooping cough)
🤍 Fully insured?
🤍 Shooting in a warm environment because newborns can’t regulate their own body temp!
🤍 Following safe sleep guidelines throughout the shoot?
🤍 Checking in on baby’s health before your session day? A sick photographer should never be near your newborn, and vice versa

These aren’t extras. They’re the bare minimum. 🤍

A beautiful gallery is wonderful, but a safe baby is everything. Do your research, ask the hard questions, and book with confidence. 💛

These aren’t things to feel awkward asking. A good photographer will be happy to answer every single one!

Newborn studios session for June are filling up and I want to make sure the right mummas don't miss out!

If you have been sitting on the fence about booking your newborn session or you are currently pregnant and thinking "I'll sort that later", this is your reminder that later has a habit of sneaking up on you faster than you think.

Newborn sessions are best booked during pregnancy so that when your baby arrives everything is already taken care of. No scrambling, no stressing, no realising the window has closed. Just a message to me and it is done.

That dreamy, perfect, tiny little human phase lasts about two weeks and once it's gone it's gone.
