“In the Dreaming, the ancestor creators gave the Gunditjmara people the resources to live a settled lifestyle. They diverted the waterways and gave us the stones and rocks to help us build the aquaculture systems.

They gave us the wetlands where the trees grew so that we could make the eel baskets and they gave us the food enriched landscape for us to survive”

Day 1: Find Colour Every Day

Due to the global pandemic, many people are in lockdown or experiencing major changes to their usual life. This can often be very challenging.

For the next 42 days, while some parts of Victoria, Australia go back into lockdown, I will offer some strategies or ideas I find useful to feed my need to create as well as prioritise my general health.

These strategies can hopefully assist you any time you need to focus on your self care.

Most of these images will be taken and edited on my phone. The whole idea is to make this as simple and accessible as possible.
