After some time away, I recently found myself stepping back behind the lens. I wanted to share a couple of images I’ve captured.

I have mixed feelings about the second image—part of me really likes it, while another part isn’t quite convinced. I’d genuinely appreciate your thoughts and feedback.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a suspicious fire that broke out early this morning at a Ballarat to***co store.

This morning at approximately 0947hrs CFA brigades were paged to a workshop fire in Newbury. the structure fire was under control quickly however due to Lithium Ion Batteries for an off grid solar system the incident become a major hazard incident. The incident was marked under control just prior to 3pm. Firefighters returned from the scene at around 6pm.

In attendance was CFA brigades from
Trentham Fire Brigade, Daylesford Fire Brigade, Blackwood CFA, Macedon CFA, Musk CFA, Spring Hill Fire Brigade - CFA, Tylden Fire Brigade, Wendouree Fire Brigade - CFA, Woodend CFA. Canceled on route was Ballan Fire Brigade due to enough personal on scene.

Also in Attendance was a CFA commander, Victoria Police, Fire Rescue Victoria Pumper 68 and Hazmat 68 Blackwood & District CERT and Ambulance Victoria

Special thanks to Trentham bakery and Country Grocers IGA Trentham for catering for our emergency services on the large incident.

At approximately 12:30 this afternoon Emergency services were responded to a vehicle accident possible persons trapped on an isolated dirt road in the lerderderg National park. There were initially reports of 2 people trapped.

Emergency services from SES Gisborne Unit & Baccusmarsh unit along with Blackwood CFA Trentham Fire Brigade CFA, Victoria Police and Ambulance Victoria responded to the scene.

It is a good reminder to drive carefully on all roads but especially narrow dirt roads.
