Hi, I’m Steff. ✨
Birth photographer.
Story-keeper.
Film learner in my “watch it back and cry” era.
FIFO wifey.
Mum to Vance.
Dog mum to Pippa.
Coffee always close by.
But what I really do?
I preserve the way this season feels.
Yes, I photograph birth. The grit. The power. The way you are looked at when you are doing the hardest, most sacred work of your life. The first breath. The first cry. The first time your baby lands earthside and you realise nothing will ever be the same again.
But I also hold onto the in-between.
The ordinary Tuesday afternoons that will not feel ordinary in ten years.
The way your toddler fits on your hip.
The way your partner watches you when you are not looking.
The chaos. The tenderness. The becoming.
I care about keepsakes. The kind you pull out on hard days. The kind your children will one day hold in their own hands. The kind that say, this is who we were. This is how we loved.
Photography was my first language.
Film is becoming my second.
Because sometimes a still frame is enough. And sometimes you need to hear the shaky laugh, the whispered “you’re doing so well,” the newborn cry that makes the room shift.
Motherhood is loud and blurry and breathtaking all at once. My work is about freezing the blur without polishing away the truth.
Whether it is birth, a growing belly, a slow family afternoon, or a season you never want to forget, I am here to tell it gently and honestly.
If you are here, I’m really glad you found me.
This is storytelling for the women who want to remember.
