Slow mornings spent with Claudine, Jay and their beautiful baby girl, Noa.🦋

I feel like this postpartum period has been my most eventful, productive and favourite one yet. Mat leave was spent doing a whole lot of staring at my baby. I started scrap booking, which meant I printed out baby and pregnancy photos from over 8 years ago - three kids later and it was a major whirlwind sorting through them, lots of emotions but well worth it. I will never get over how quickly time flies when have kids! Oh also I got chickens? It’s been eventful haha.

I’m back!! Officially off of mat leave, and very happy to be here. Imposter syndrome is hitting me hard but let’s do this! Life has a funny way of always making things happen when you manifest it so that’s what I’m doing.. manifesting beautiful afternoons capturing those moments that seem to pass us too quickly. If you’ve been waiting for a sign to get updated photos, here it is! Loved it so much spending time with this family of four in their cozy home lapping up all the sweet newborn cuddles while watching their cheeky little boy run around.🫶🏼

Making a conscious effort to share more of my work in the little moments that I can! Like today, while I potter around the house picking up school shoes, folding washing and keeping the kids occupied before we head out for footy training. It really is never ending as a parent, between school, work, kids, lifeeee. But I love it and this type of chaos is the best type! So while life gets busy for me, while you’re scrolling through, I hope you enjoy these snaps from a silly, fast paced, toddler led session with the Gianoulis family last year; they are some of my favourite people to capture!🫶🏼

The sweetest afternoon spent wrangling a newborn and toddler (who would rather take the photos then be in them) trying to capture this season in life for beautiful mama, J. I feel so beyond blessed to photograph you and your beautiful boys growing. This afternoon was heaven sent from their very own angel above, Dad. From what started out as a gloomy afternoon, turned into the most beautiful golden sky, Chase man of course was so happy to see a helicopter, followed by a quick sun shower and beautiful rainbow. It was everything and more.🤍

Something about those third babies.. this session gave me so much hope and understanding, something for myself to look forward to.. watching these beautiful big siblings so excited to love and play with their newest family member. A little of my life lately… we welcomed our beautiful daughter into the world last month and have spent quite literally every possible moment just staring at her wondering how it is we got so blessed. Our life feels surreal, everything feels complete and I’m in awe of our children.🤍

🦋Maternity Leave🦋

I am now on leave until June, 2026. Emails and inboxes will be monitored for emergent contacts only until May, 2026. Please do not think I am ignoring you, I am just going to be lapping up this time I have off as much as possible. Very much looking forward to slowing down and enjoying the last few weeks pregnant while we wait for our angel to arrive earth side. I am unsure how socials will be looking over the next 6 months - whether I post or not but I will be slowly getting back into it come May next year.
