My big thing with my own kids and when shooting with clients is no tears

I don’t mean this in a “it’s bad to cry way” but more that I will do anything and everything to keep them happy while shooting. If they want to be in a particular spot, we will go to them and shoot there, if they want to stand next to someone in particular- absolutely fine.

As long as they are happy you are more likely to be able to get the beautiful, natural personality filled images even if it’s not all sitting or standing and looking at the camera.
