🚨 Buckle in, she’s a long post, but important so please read!

Happy New Year!

And just like that, another year rolls around, ready for new beginnings, more lessons and hope for the year ahead. I hope you all have had a nice break!

A little update on what the year ahead looks like for Parker & Co and a few date/month claimers to add to your calendars 👇🏼

This year we see our eldest starting Prep, Wade moving into a different FIFO roster and myself continuing relief teaching, as well as a set day of teaching. In order to keep my work/life balance at a pace I’m ‘mentally fit’ for, my availability will be limited to 4 weekend bookings a month. See below for a few other updates:

💜 Mother’s Day minis- 11th April SAVE THE DATE. These will be indoors- I’m yet to decide on location, theme/no theme so to my regulars, if you have any thoughts, I’m all ears! Release date TBA.

🐚 Bowen Minis- I am in the process of planning my annual Bowen mini weekend for March. I’m yet to release dates and bookings but if you’re from Bowen and are interested, please let me know! If I don’t have enough interest then they won’t go ahead.

🎓 Graduation- I am already being booked for June and Nov grads, which is great! I love the organisation. Now is the time to book in your photographers if you haven’t already. To my current grad clients- booking portals will be sent out later in the month.

🌈🎓 Little Graduates- YES, these are happening again this year. These mini sessions for our littlest Kindy grads last year were such a hit, I have to do the again this year. These mini sessions will be held most likely end of October/start November.

🎄 Christmas Minis- These will be held in studio again in November. Call me crazy, but I’ve already been gathering ideas on this year’s theme/colours. If you have any ideas, let me know!

💰 2026 Pricing- my new pricing for this year is now in effect, only a slight increase. Sessions start at $299 but as always, message me for further details.

‼️ Deposits- on the topic of money, I will be pretty firm on deposits securing your sessions this year. In the past, I have been pretty cruisy which has bitten me in the arse, especially mini sessions where deposits haven’t been made and I’ve had no shows or I’ve had to chase people up, only for them to pull out. Your session will not be secured until I receive deposits. If you’re waiting on booking portals to be sent, don’t fret. This applies after I’ve sent them off to you.

I think that’s all the brain dump I have right now. Nevertheless, I’m so excited to get back into another year of capturing your fleeting moments and help create memories for your families.

From my family to yours, Merry Christmas 🎄 Thank you so much for an incredible year and for all of your support. It has truly been a privilege to capture your sweetest moments and turn them into memories. I can’t wait to do it all again next year 🤍✨ Thank you again .creative for capturing my girls and I. Reminding me I need to get in front of the camera more with my girls next year.
