As I hate to disapoint my clients, Please Note that I Book up to 4 weeks in advance, Newborns are photographed under 2 weeks of age and so Newborn Sessions must be booked whilst still pregnant or you will most likely miss out. Terms + Conditions
Refunds
All session deposits are non-refundable. In the case of sickness, 24 hours notice must be given. We understand that illness happens, and things occur outside of our control. Sarah B Photography grants one reschedule per client must be used within 6 months from original date. Should you require a 2nd reschedule, a separate $150 re-booking fee applies
Editing
Sarah B Photography reserves the right to full creative control with regards to image manipulation. Please be sure Sarah B Photography’s style is in line with what you're after. Sarah B Photography will not under any circumstances provide unedited images or RAW files to clients. Images will be sent via dropbox via method of contact. All client galleries will remain on dropbox for 3 months it is your responsibility to download and find a safe place for your images within this timeframe. If misplaced and Sarah B Photography is required to search and reipload your images, there will be a $100 Fee. Sarah B Photography does not keep copies of unedited images, If you require other photos edited, please contact Sarah B Photography within 3 days from receiving your images and a extra editing fee will be discussed. Weather
In the event of wet weather, or weather that is deemed not appropriate to conduct a session, (eg wind, rain the day before) or the weather forecast reflects 50% or more chance of rain the session will be rescheduled to the next available session time. If you choose to go ahead in poor weather conditions, against my advice please note that final images, as a result of the conditions, may not reflect my previous work, no re-editing or reshoot will be given
Accidents & Injuries
Sarah B Photography is not responsible for injuries caused by natural events or animals. Sarah B Photography is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon and participating parties . Clients are responsible for their children and themselves, if anything is damaged clients will be held liable for all replacement costs. Upon Payment you agree to the above terms and conditions
