2025 — what a year.
Had incredible highs and equally the hardest of lows but
The older I get, the more grateful I am that I chose a life I get to design.
A life where I don’t have to ask permission to take time off. When I needed to rest, recover and be there for my family
A life where I can work from anywhere, on hours that make sense for my body, my family, and my joy.
A life that lets me be present — not racing, (though i still do its who i am) not burning out, not waiting for “someday.”
This year was full.
🌿 I travelled, explored, laughed, and said yes to experiences I once only dreamed about.
💻 I continued building my online business — not just for income, but for choice.
I spoke to 200 people on stage
Traveled to events up smd down thd east coast
👭 I watched women in my world rise, rediscover themselves, and create new chapters that lit them up and so proud of what they are achieving
💗 I prioritised health, family, and the moments you can’t put a price on.
More than anything, 2025 reminded me:
We aren’t here to simply survive the work week and live for holidays.
We’re here to design days that feel like our lives actually belong to us.
And if I could whisper anything to the version of me who was once exhausted, overworked, and unsure…
It would be this:
You’re allowed to want more.
You’re allowed to rewrite your future.
And it’s never, ever too late.
Here’s to another year of choosing courage, choosing growth, and choosing a life that feels deeply aligned.
Because life is short — and designing it consciously is the greatest gift I’ve ever given myself. ✨
