Meet three-year-old Alissa, the "one-in-a-million" girl and Little Ambassador of this year’s Good Friday Appeal.

At just four months old, Alissa was diagnosed with Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH), a rare condition that affects approximately one child per million.

Yet under the care of The Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne, Alissa was able to access a new treatment and beat this aggressive disease.

She’s just one of the reasons our volunteers turn out every year to support this incredible event.

With your support, we can continue to raise funds for research, equipment, and treatment to help thousands of children, just like Alissa.

Start saving your coins. We’ll be rattling tins around town very soon.
