What a deadly day! Thank you Gathangga Wakulda Language and Culture Centre for having me and creating the space and opportunity for others to tell their stories!!

We are so blessed to have Keisha Mitchell from KAMRAfilms to be conducting a digital storytelling workshop with our educators today in Wambuynbaa.

This is part of funding received under ILA from the Office of the Arts. What we create we hope to make available on our digital library for our language community.

What a great day it was getting to be surrounded by so many talented people. Sharing and learning new skills and knowledge of the game of football and seeing everyone really engaged is truly inspiring! ✨

It is also inspiring as well to see giving back to his community and supporting the next generation in their football journey!!

At the end of last year I had the privilege of doing a Brand Shoot with the incredible board members of the Aboriginal Consultant Group at First Steps Count, and research project, STARS for Kids.

It is always a great time getting to photograph such staunch, powerful, deadly women that are making changes in their community! Thank you for having me!! 🖤✨❤️

So excited for this epic project to drop next week!!

Something powerful is coming out of Cootamundra next week.💪🏿

Back in November - DPM worked with the good people at Cootamundra High School to deliver a songwriting/ music video project.

CHS students worked together with Elders, community members and DPM staff and other local schools to share stories through film and music; reflecting on history, culture and identity.

These important yarns explore how the past continues to shape the present. Connecting us to country, to our cultural identity, and to each other.

We can't wait to share what they've created.

Drops THIS MONDAY at 12pm - Launch Event @ Cootamundra High School (get there early).

Funded by Cootamundra High School - part of a Gudhamangdhuray Community of Schools initiative delivered in collaboration with Cootamundra Public School and EA Southee Public School.

South Taree would like to extend its best wishes to Taye Cochrane as he starts his NRL journey with the Canterbury Bulldogs football club in today's match. Taye is a talented young Biripi man who showcases impressive skills and determination on the field. He previously played with South Taree in the knockout, where he demonstrated deadly skills & performance. We wish Taye and his team all the best for the season and as he plays footy the NRL experience.

Percy is a young, proud Biripi basketball player heading over to America in April along with Cade, another proud Biripi basketball player, to play in the Indigenous Allstars varsity team.
