Here are some of the other photos I took during our recent trip to Port Douglas. The Agincourt Ribbon Reef is at the very outer edge of the Barrier Reef and we were really lucky with the weather. I took the photos of the green sea turtles at the Low Island. One of the best spots to swim with these beautiful creatures. Canon

And it happened again! I love this magazine. Popular Photography It's one of my favorite shots of the last few weeks, as it took quite some effort to get it right. The sea turtle was swimming in a very shallow area, so there was a good amount of light and clarity in the water.

The 'timeline' or 'photo stream', is really telling a story about someone. In this case me. I want to use it to share my work, but also to tell a , as it's an important topic for me.

I also want to share material that me and that's influencing the way I see the world.

Dustin Lance Black's discipline, dedication and conviction is impressive and highly motivating. At the end of his video he says, "I write because I don't think we are done and I think that we make progress by telling our personal stories. You know, the personal story can change the world", what a fascinating idea!

We all know that our lives are made up of numerous fleeting moments and I think that's why I love photography so much, because in a way it conserves your memories and your life. I hope that one day my photos will tell an interesting story about me. City of Sydney
