Last time I shot canola I took along my 200mm lens with a 1.4x extender and still found it hard to get the shots I wanted while respecting the farmers hard work by shooting from outside their properties and not going in and trampling their crops. This year I went armed with a drone!! I could sit by my car and shoot pretty much whatever I wanted without intruding, trampling or spreading disease ... hover just above the fields and shoot - too easy 🙂
